Kinross Announces "Crazy Eight" Racing Series for 2017

Fox Boyz Racing is excited to announce their 2017 schedule of events for local short track racing at the Kinross Speedpark.

The upcoming summer will see an increase in the number of events held at the facility, creating a “Crazy Eight” racing series along with their year-end Memorial Invitational totalling nine exciting stock car racing events at the track.

Action begins with back-to-back events in the beginning of June before shifting to their bi-weekly schedule.

The 2017 season opener is set for Sunday, June 4th with time trials at 1:30 PM and racing to follow at 3 PM.

Divisions competing will include Modifieds, ABC Stock Cars and Four Cylinders while track promoters are currently investigating the addition of one, possibly two, part time divisions to join the show.

Kinross Speedpark is the Eastern Upper Peninsula and Northern Ontario’s ONLY asphalt stock car facility. Conveniently located sixteen miles south of Sault Ste. Marie, the facility is located at the Chippewa County Fairgrounds in Kinross, MI.

Fox Boyz Racing and their volunteers return for their 4th years as operators of the 1/4 mile asphalt oval in 2017.
