Kinross Raceway Park's #1 objective for the Kinross Raceway Park (KRP) is to provide fun, family entertainment each and every race day.

Below is a quick summary of information which we hope will make your Kinross Raceway Park experience better and will help insure your visit is an enjoyable one!

CAMPING
The Kinross Communinty Park / RV Park West that house the Speedpark offers both primitive and full-service camping for a fee.

The facility includes full service bathroom & showers.

We encourage all fans to join us on our race weekends, or any weekend they choose to bench race and join their family/friends and our racers/staff for the weekend.

 

CONCESSION
We are pleased to have the X and Daisy's Dogs operating their concessions on Speedpark grounds.

The X concession is located in the main the main grandstand area.

Daisy's Dogs provides good eats and cold drinks to those on the pits located towards turn 3.

We hope you will visit then and give them the opportunity to earn your business.

 

COOLERS
Coolers are allowed at Kinross Speedpark.  NO glass bottles please.

 

FREE PARKING
Kinross Speedpark parking is complimentary (Exception during the Chippewa County Fair Event).
KSP also has ample space for handicap parking.
If you happen to ride your motorcycle to the race track, we can provide specialized, safe parking for those as well.

 

FREE TRIP TO THE PITS
After each and every event at the Speedpark, the "cold" pit area is always open. Use this time to go down and meet the drivers and the stars of Kinross Speedpark. Bring down your cameras, pictures and sharpies and get to know these guys and gals that put on our show.

SEATING

Kinross Speedpark offers exceptional main grandstand seating with both an “open” and “enclosed” (roof cover) grandstand area.

This area is fully accessible along with ramp access.

TICKETS (for regular events)
Our main grandstand ticket office is located front and center as you enter the parking lot to the Kinross Community Park as this is the last point before you enter the main grandstand area.

2024 Grandstand Prices (for regular events)
$14 USD / $18 CDN for General Admission (16+)
15 & Under are FREE

Veterans with valid ID $7 USD

Seniors 70 and over FREE

** special pricing applies to the  Chippewa County Fair Event.

TIMES (for regular events)

Pit Gates open at 10 AM.

Hotlaps/Qualifying at 11AM to 4:00 PM.

Main grandstand gates open at 3 PM.

Racing at 5 PM.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Both still cameras and video cameras are encouraged for fans wishing to catch that “photo finish” or memorable moment while at the track.

The Speedway simply asks that fans be courteous and aware of the fellow spectators sitting in their area when operating such devices.

* We encourage fans to post photos/videos to social media and don’t forget to tag us on our very own Facebook page.

PIT PASSES (for regular events)
Pit Pass wristbands can be purchased at the pit gate office located on the right of the “dog leg” of the dirt track at the facility.
All who enter must read and sign the waiver and release form.
Pit Passes are $35 U.S. / $45 CDN each for those aged 12+, while a Jr. Pit Pass (11 & Under) is available for $20 U.S. / $25 CDN

** Minor release forms must be signed by parents or legal guardians of those pit entrants under the legal age of majority before admittance.
 

RESTROOMS
Porta-a-Pots (including accessible unit) are located in both the main grandstand and pit area.

For those wishing a full-service bathroom are permitted use of the bathroom facilities in the campground located behind the main grandstand area.

SMOKING
Smoking is only permitted in the open areas away from the concession building (see below) and walkways along with the open grandstands.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING permitted in the enclosed grandstand.

Smoking is also not allowed inside any of the buildings that serve food or drink, or within 15 feet of the doors, windows or ventilation.  Smoking is not allowed at any designated table, where food can be consumed.

WHAT TO WEAR
Casual attire is recommended at the Speedpark.  Just remember, you are in the outdoors, so dress accordingly for the elements, and don’t forget the sunscreen on sunny day and jacket and blanket on cool nights. Closed toed shoes & long pants are recommended in the pit area; we also require you to wear a shirt and shoes at all times while at the speedway. The races can get loud; ear plugs and ear muffs are suggested for our younger race fans
